Webinar 2: Leadership Response to Failure

A key principle of human performance is “error is normal—even the best make mistakes.” That’s why at Lewis, we no longer impose an automatic, three-day suspension after an incident occurs. In this session, we will share the thinking behind that change along with the a) event decision tree that we implemented to aid our field leaders in determining the right response and b) leadership language that we’re adopting to shape culture and model learning.
